We will arrange to visit your plot and have an initial briefing meeting for you to tell us all your ideas and aspirations for your new house, and we can explain in detail how we can meet these expectations. If you have a plot of land you wish to build on, you can choose from a range of house types we offer or we can help you design your new home and assist you in realising your vision. If you don’t have a plot of land, we will use our contacts and help you find your ideal location and plot of land.
When you have confirmed your approval of the design, we will submit the scheme to the Local Authority for planning approval and liase with them throughout the whole process.
Once planning has been granted and the build phase commenced we will have regular progress meetings with you to agree choices and take instructions on any variations you may require.
Hudson Hirsel will also manage obtaining the final certificates from both the NHBC and the Local Authority Building Inspector before handing over the finished property.
