Leet Haugh will be launched at 11am on Friday 1st April 2011 when it will be possible to reserve your new home in the newest prestigious development in the Scottish Borders.  Reservations will be taken from that date at The Studio which is located in the Hirsel Homestead.  Click on “The Location” to find direction to The Studio.

Over the last few months Hudson Hirsel has been busy developing the detailed design of the project and seeking tenders from our various subcontractors with a view to starting the development late Spring.

We would like to thank everyone for the interest that has been shown in Leet Haugh and for their patience during the wait for the project to be launched.  We are now proposing to shortly release prices for the first houses and at the beginning of April we will be start taking reservations.

After nearly 8 months of consultation with Scottish Borders Council Planners, and an open meeting with local residents, Hudson Hirsel is pleased to confirm that planning permission was been granted on Monday 9th August for the Leet Haugh development. Construction is anticipated to commence at the beginning of 2011 with the first homes, likely to be bungalows, being available at the end of 2011. Hudson Hirsel LLP hope to release prices towards the end of 2010 at which time it will be possible to make an early reservation.
