We are pleased to have taken two reservations this week. The plots reserved are Plot 6 (The Tower) and Plot 7 (The Hay Loft). As a result this means that there is only one Tower remaining in Phase 1 and also only one Hay Loft remaining until the end of the development. The house type called The Dairy, which is Plot 3 in the Courtyard, has been sold. There is only one Dairy left which is Plot 8 and is available at £155,000.

Over the last few months Hudson Hirsel has been busy developing the detailed design of the project and seeking tenders from our various subcontractors with a view to starting the development late Spring.
We would like to thank everyone for the interest that has been shown in Leet Haugh and for their patience during the wait for the project to be launched. We are now proposing to shortly release prices for the first houses and at the beginning of April we will be start taking reservations.

After nearly 8 months of consultation with Scottish Borders Council Planners, and an open meeting with local residents, Hudson Hirsel is pleased to confirm that planning permission was been granted on Monday 9th August for the Leet Haugh development. Construction is anticipated to commence at the beginning of 2011 with the first homes, likely to be bungalows, being available at the end of 2011. Hudson Hirsel LLP hope to release prices towards the end of 2010 at which time it will be possible to make an early reservation.
